N\u00e5r fr\u00f8ene er modne, bliver st\u00e6nglen slap og l\u00e6gger sig p\u00e5 jorden. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de er fr\u00f8ene gjort lettilg\u00e6ngelige for myrerne, som efterstr\u00e6ber dem p\u00e5 grund af deres olieindhold.
