Maille grovkornet sennep<br \/>\nsalt og peber<br \/>\nevt. hvidvinseddike<\/p>\n<p>Tilbeh\u00f8r:<br \/>\nspr\u00f8d bacon<br \/>\nh\u00e5rdkogte \u00e6g<br \/>\nsyltede r\u00f8dbeder<br \/>\nrevet peberrod<br \/>\nsm\u00e5 kogte kartofler<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<br \/>\nSk\u00e6r torskefileterne i 6 cm brede stykker, og l\u00e6g dem i et ovnfast fad smurt med lidt olie.<br \/>\nKrydr fisken med salt og friskkv\u00e6rnet peber, og damp den i ovnen i ca. 10 minutter ved 200 grader.<br \/>\nPisk sm\u00f8r, mel og m\u00e6lk sammen i en tykbundet gryde under opvarmning.<br \/>\nKog saucen igennem, og smag til med sennep, salt og evt. lidt hvidvinseddike.<\/p>\n<p>Serv\u00e9r den dampede torsk med spr\u00f8d bacon, \u00e6g i b\u00e5de, r\u00f8dbeder i tern, revet peberrod, kogte kartofler og sennepssauce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du skal bruge: 4 personer 500-600 g torskefilet 15 g sm\u00f8r 3 spsk hvedemel 5 dl letm\u00e6lk 1-2 spsk fiskesennep el.
